Masters' Program

Do you have 10 or more years of fundraising experience? Are you seeking education and presentations that fit that experience? Then the Masters' Program is for you.

The Masters' Program offers, high level presentations and discussions in a small group setting.  If you have 10 or more years of fundraising experience and would like to be added to the invitation list, please email your information including the year you started in the fundraising field to You do not need to be a current AFP member.

Subject: Creating and Managing an Intern Program

Emily Schwing from Veggielution will lead an interactive discussion on internship programs for nonprofit. Veggielution has a very comprehensive intern program and Ms. Schwing will share ways to create an intern program that is of value for the organization, and the intern.

Subject: Build Your Personal Brand

This will be an extended workshop that focuses on building your personal brand, through social media, and other traditional outlets. Giuselle Nuñez, Director of Marketing, Public and Government Relations of Chabot-Las Positas Community College District, will lead a discussion on subjects including: personal branding, identifying techniques to build your personal brand, applying personal branding techniques to enhance your career and nonprofit development.
