Committee Name: Marketing
Job Description: Volunteer Opportunity Coordination. Contact new, current and renewing AFP members inviting them to become involved in the chapter volunteer committees. Participate at quarterly leadership information sessions prior to the monthly luncheons and also attend monthly luncheons to meet new, current and renewing members, follow up and keep them informed of volunteer opportunities and how to get actively engaged in the chapter. Volunteer time commitment is flexible based on availability.

Committee Name: Collegiate Chapter
Job Description: The collegiate chapter committee is looking for additional members to assist with the new AFP Santa Clara University Collegiate Chapter. Committee members will be involved in planning the academic school year calendar. Activities include attending career fairs, planning educational sessions, orgainzing internship opportunities, and identifying creative ways to grow our colegiate chapter network.

Committee Name: Luncheon Registrations Check-in
Job Description: Assist chapter administrator with luncheon registration check in. Greeting guests, handing pre-registered attendees their name badge, meal ticket, etc., directing to handouts, directing walk-ins or substitutions to chapter administrator. This is a great opportunity for members who want to meet other fundraising professionals
Time Required: 1 hour per month, before each luncheon (no luncheons August & November). Can do it in 2-3 block increments.
